These old store fronts are in Chillicothe, Texas on Highway 287. You pass by them as you travel from Dallas to Amarillo. Stories of days gone by are hidden in the walls of these crumbling old buildings.

I've always been the one behind the camera taking photos of everyday life. I have lived in Texas all of my life. Texas provides many wonderful photo ops; but I like to travel to all types of areas.
